Community Database

Hi? ? ? ? ? I am trying to create a Marriage proposal website for our community and in that our community's people should be able to register their information and that should be access to public ( Such as name , male or female, bate of birth, country, city, religion, hight etc…! Also I should be able to create a couple of field in the future (If possible). ? For an example like [[login to view URL]][1]? or similar to this. ? ? I need this to be highly secured and before register the user should be able get permission from the administrator..! And I was talking to my hosting company or the server they say that the program should be running in Linux platform...( I believe this should be in PHP ??" mySQL database?) I am not aware of this area much Looking for a good work for a best price -? This? site will be as same as a dating sites but I need some additional in put or customize design for the front page...! Also Time to time I should be able to change the themes (Graphics) To tell you the fact I am illiterate in this area so I think you? people could? help me on this....! Basically this is for our community. I do not like to have the Human Figures in the theme and to tell you the fact I am a Graphic Designer and I could design the themes for my need...! If I precisely know the sizes of the images. So I could? pay you within my budget...!? in this site also I need an area for add registration fee for the members by payPal, or by some credit card, (may be an option that could be utilize later date)..
