PHPBB to vBulletin

Ok here is what I need... - Forum that is here, [login to view URL], needs to be converted to VB keeping all info intact ofcourse. - I need the VB style to be this one [login to view URL] but I need it to be modifed to fit into this design [login to view URL] light modifications like the header and the width adjusting parts, and etc. - Also as you can see on the old forum there is an AdSense hack which shows ads after the 1, 10, 20, 30, 40, and etc. post, this needs to be also brought over to VB. and I want the ad area to look like this... ![Image and video hosting by TinyPic][1] I already have a VB license and I will purchase the skin, so this is for the conversion and the mods mentioned above.
