I periodically run a large number of searches mainly on Yahoo and Google. I want a bot which will do this automatically and return the total count of results. Just the count of the total results. At this stage that is all I want. For example: If you search Yahoo for the term "searchbot" it has 74,600 results. I just want the number 74,600 captured. Similarly Google shows 77,100 results. So, capture 77,100. I will have a text file with the search terms. These will be complex, advance queries. The bot should have an option to select the text file, select the search engine and click OK. It will search for all terms, insert the result against each term with a tab separating the search term and the result. At this point of time, I require this only for Google and Yahoo. But if it can work with other search engines, it will be nice. Someone who can deliver this fast will be preferred. This must be a super-easy for someone who know what to do.
