perl/linux .msg email files

A program to create .msg email files Must run on Linux. Can use wine. Ideally written in Perl, but not essential, will except java, c - just let me know what you intend. includes bugfixes and getting it setup. We require a program that will create a standard windows .msg email file (OLE2/opendoc format) based on data we will supply. The data will be a directory of files. The main file in the directory will contain the various email fields; Subject, To, Cc, Bc, SentDate, BodyText, Attachments. The file will also contain a FileNameId field - this will be the file name of the .msg file the program creates. The Attachhments field (if present) will reference other files in the directory, these will become attachments in the .msg file the program creates.
