FTP Backup Clone in VB6(repost)

I am in need of a backup clone that looks and functions EXACTLY like the attached app. This app is no longer made. I need it made using VB6. To explain what the app does, it runs on a computer and connects to any websites that you might manage and downloads them the first time, then based on whatever schedule that you select, it connects and compares all of the files and downloads any changes, but keeps each scheduled download in a separate directory. It then allows you to republish a previous version of a site making it great to undo buggy enhancements to a site or even to undo a hackers defacement to a site. Anytime there is a change, it sends an email to the administrator that was configured in the system. This is really not much more than a fancy FTP client but with a neat twist.
