Looking for someone to create this software. I am a police officer and I am in need of some software that will allow me to keep track of suspects, victims, etc...
I want the software to basically be password protected at start up. After logging in, the user can add new mug shots, edit delete, print, etc.. I want an administrator account to be able to control the entire program, add, edit, delete users and roles, etc.. The mug shot addition is pretty simple, Main Photo, with optional additional photos (Maybe up to 6 or so), add all pedigree information, scars, marks tattoos and have option to add photos of scars, marks and tattoos. Have the option to create a photo line up and wanted posters from the database entries or external. The line up photos would be numbered somehow. The software will be able to be used like a server and be accessible by multiple users on other work stations. If possible I would like for the software to be able to be run on a server and be accessible from workstations on the lan and also be accessible over the internet. That way remote users can add, view, delete, etc.. just like lan users.
Any further information can be provided during the software creation process if needed. We would work closely with the programmer through out the project so all is clear.
