Simple Text Program

We need a program (see sample screen attached) which has two text boxes, one on top of the other. These text boxes will hold text up to 40 characters wide by 25 rows (both text boxes together). The texts will be two independent texts in each of the text boxes and can be hundreds of pages of text each. The users needs to be able to move the bar in between the two text boxes to size the text boxes to their preference. When the bar is moved up, the top box will get smaller and the bottom bigger and vice versa, always keeping 25 lines of text viewable between the two boxes together. We will need a way to get the text into the textbox, either drag and drop or through a file menu. We also need to get the whole page from the program to Word when all the pages have been formatted. There should be buttons to go from one page to the next and all of the text and text box sizes for each page should be saved somewhere. We don't need to have any wordwrapping done because the text we will put in is already 40 characters wide. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows xp, shoulde be written in VB 6 so we can change it.
