This project will query and edit a Microsoft Access database using Visual Basic 6. This is a multi-form project. There will be a splash screen, a main form, two database update forms, and an about form. Write code to maintain the Publsihers and Titles tables from the [login to view URL] database that will be give to you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. You will display a splash screen upon startup. The splash screen should be displayed until the user hits the OK button. On the main form you should have an option to display the Publishers table form and the Titles tables form. These options are to be available via the menu AND command buttons. The menu choices on the Main form should be: File, Table, and Help there should be a separator bar for each submenu. File (then below it) Exit (with F in file for keyboard access and x in Exit for Keyboard access) Table (then below it) Publisher (then below it) Titles (with P in Publisher for keyboard access and T in Titles for keyboard access) Help (then below it) About (with b in About for keyboard access and H in Help for keyboard access) The About submenu displays a form. There are also needs to be command buttons for each of the above choices (Exit, Publisher, Titles, and About) The Publisher's and Title's form are to each have the same general design as described below. On each of the Publishers and Titles forms there are to be Record Navigation command buttons with Keyboard access as well. Use menu choices rather than command buttons for the following menu functions: File (then below it using a separator bar) Exit (F in File for keyboard access and x in Exit for keyboard access) Help (then below it using a separator bar) About (H in Help for keyboard access and b in About for keyboard access) All of the fields are to be displayed on the appropriate form. The Key filed is not to be "open" There is to be a frame surrounding all of the database fields on the form. There are to be four command buttons across the botton of the form for record navigation. There are to be in order from left to right: Next, Previous, First, and Last. (e in Next should have keyboard access, P in Prevous should have keyboard access, F in First should have keyboard access, and L in Last should have keyboard access). Make sure to hide the data control. Allow Adds, Deletes, and Changes to the database. Additionally there are to be four command buttons to the right of the frame that surrounds each of the database fields. These are: Add, Save, Cancel, and Delete. The A in Add, the S in Save, the C in Cancel, and the D in Delete should have keyboard access. On an Add, disable the Navigation and Delete buttons so that the only options are Save or Cancel. If a Cancel action is selected then cancel the Add and enable the navigation buttons disable the Save button and reset the Add button. Make the Save button the default button. Set the Cancel property to True on the Cancel button. Use the Tool Tip Text for each command button on the forms. This project is named ProjectNo4.
