Remote Malware Scanner

I am looking for someone that can provide me a remote malware scanner written in php/mySQL. You are going to have to have a background in malware/virus in order to do this task. A user inputs a URL and the scripts needs to spider the site to detect the following: Google Blacklist Status (use your own API key for development - I have one and will replace it when the system works) Redirection of visitors coming from search engines analysis of server redirects (usually coming from .htaccess) External iFrames and the links they contain Suspicious JavaScript code.
