Add full width div and hardcode rev slider onto homepage only.

Hi, This custom coding for a wordpress website. I need someone to add a "Full Width Div Container" and "hardcode the revolution slider" onto the "homepage only". The div should be only viewable on the homepage and be full width. Must document and submit code changes to me. Attached is the current layout for the homepage and the desired modified layout. Revolution Slider is already installed. Should be quick and easy for the right coder. Please view the attached files. Thank you!
