Backpage, Craigslist, Kijiji type Classifieds Site

I am looking for a classifieds website, I want the site to be easy to use like craigslist, but with a user interface similar to ebayclassifieds or backpage. This site will be for an English speaking country outside of the united states and will not require many states and cities. Only a total of 20 Cities. The site would need all the upload, user features such as ebayclassifieds - Site will have to allow users to easily post a listing using only an email address - Site would need an attractive/simple user interface with google adsense placement - Would like similar categories as ebayclassifieds - Site would need a paypal gateway for some premium listings - Site would need a register/sign in/manage section - Site would need a search box I am ready to get started!
