231200 Custom PHPBB 3.0 Themes

Hi, I am looking for someone to design and code 2 custom skins/templates for my PHPBB 3.0 forums. (Note: They need to be designed for PHPBB Version 3.0). Both designs will be very similar, the only main difference will be in the colour scheme and images. For both skins I will want a header to be done using product images I supply. I will also want a banner incorporated into the forums just beneath the headers in each forum. The look and style of the skins will need to match the sites [login to view URL] and rosettastone.com.
