Design 3 diferent Magento layout for commerce site

We have installed Magento on our server we need somebody to configure and design our ecommerce site for [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] who is instaled on same magento. Which include: 1. Design and integrate 3 custom template for 3 store. 2. Design and integrate the different layouts of the template as it is used through the site. Example category pages etc… 3. add custom fields to these forms -for started select “firm” or “person” and for “firm” I need to be able to get Company Names and VAT Numbers and Identity Numbers, and Bank, etc. 4. shipping module where insert a new shipping with more support capabilities...ex: TNT where from 1-5 kg i have one price, and 5-10 kg, i have another price, and over 10 kg, i have price per kg. We are looking for a clean professional design for this 3 ecommerce site. Most of the items we want set up are already built in to the Magento software we just want to make sure it is working properly, designed professionally and our store is ready to go.
