Development of a Multi-Lender XML/POST Admin Panel

Hello, [1] I work in the Finance sector and need my ‘Web Application Form’ found at- [login to view URL] on completion and submission by the customer sent to various different lenders via XML/POSTing. I need the development of a Multi-Lender XML/POST Admin Panel to control the sending of this data to different lenders. i.e. I should be able to switch ‘On’ and ‘Off’ which lender or lenders receive the submitted ‘Web Application Forms’ At present I have two lenders, however the capacity to send to a maximum of 10 lenders should be built in - i.e. the ability to add new lenders [via employing your service] as they become available to me. Please note that I should be able to switch ‘On’ and ‘Off’ various different combination of lenders, with each lender that has been switched ‘On’ receiving the submitted ‘Web Application Form’ via XML/POSTing, and the lenders that have been switched ‘Off’ NOT receiving any forms.
