Event Ticket Sales Website Design Needed

Hello, I am looking to create a simple and reliable site where members can sell event tickets on my website. The members must be able to have separate log-in's and passwords and have the ability to select the date of the event, and the quantity of tickets available and the ability to upload a picture and description. Members should have the ability to receive payments (partial payment shall be sent to our account as a fee) for the tickets and the website should generate an emailed receipt with a unique receipt number to claim the ticket. There must be a master administrator account that can edit all postings made by members. Additionally, customers must have the ability to create accounts to purchase tickets on our site. The master administrator account should have the ability to view and edit both member an customer information. I would like the design to be similar to [login to view URL] but it will focus on event tickets instead of retail products.
