Facebook app

We had created for us a facebook app that was done not so well and need it fixed asap Its is a simple 3 page photo contest which the functions are just not working that well app url is [login to view URL] We need to fix pictures that they are all the same size (we need to picture to all fit in the same frame by cutting out the edges that dont fit. We do not want to change the dimensions. just to re size to a smaller photo) needs to be tweeked for speed We need to make sure voters can only vote once per entry. Some how voters were able to vote twice on the same pic. In the admin end not all the voters with their emails and info are coming through so we cant see all the voters and we cant erase any voters. In the admin side when we edit an entries amount of votes its not showing up on the actual homepage vote count on users end, only when clicking on the entry can you see the change in the vote amount. In the backend when looking at an entry and all its its we need to option to erase specific votes from specific accounts
