Looking to have designed a Web Site and Flash Mobile APP for Android and iOS that will pull data from a MySQL data base using PHP. The Apps need to be created in Flash so we can brand them and make changes. (Air for Android and Air for IOS) Flash CS5.5 Only. Graphical interface must be designed to our specs which will be provided upon further communication. Must work on most smart phones. This needs to be done quick, the prototyping and usability testing has already been done so is not necessary. Just need to start production! 2 or 3 days is the time constraint! So do not bid if you cannot complete within that time. Thank You.
