Grand National horse racing betting website

I am looking to create a website based around betting for the Grand National horse race in the UK. I want it to be very similar to 'Grand National Guide' which can be found at [login to view URL] Layout wise I want the site to be similar and have similar functionality, without plagiarising the other site too much! The best odds need to be scraped from elsewhere, from a reputable site such as Oddschecker. I need the site to be quite easy to edit, as I will be changing the latest betting offers and adding new content regularly, and to input the correct affiliate links based on my own affiliate accounts with the different bookmakers. I do not have a big budget for this project, but am also looking to do some other projects so if I establish a good relationship with a designer then I will very likely use you again on future projects. I would prefer someone who has done sports betting/affiliate type websites previously.
