Language and proofing The developer has to have good command of Arabic language. All text should be reviewed by professional and should be free from typographical and grammatical errors. Design • Page designed should reflects the input of highly professional designers position the site among the top quality brands • Most of the main pages are already designed and HTM/CSS coded. However, style and design enhancement / improvement will be required for a better professional look. • Website should be viewed and work similarly over all commonly used browsers including IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari as well as mobile devices such as iOS and Android • Submitting a phase for review or evaluation While we will be happy to work with the developer to improve the site experience and function, before submitting any part for review it should be reviewed carefully by the project manager to verify that it is error free. We don’t like wasting our time correcting obvious errors; repeated submissions without error proofing can lead to the termination of the contract. Executing instructions and modifications We expect that all modifications or instructions we agreed on with the developer to be executed as planned. Please review all the agreed on modifications and instructions before sending us the step or project for evaluation. Repeated failure to execute all the agreed instructions or modifications can lead to contract termination. Payments It is very important that we break the initial project steps into multiple steps or phases with clear criteria or endpoints. Initial step or MILSTONE should not exceed 10% of the total project cost. Payment will be sent in advance before each step is started. Once we start to know you better and gain mutual trust and confidence in your work we will be happy to increase the payments. Any milestones will not be released until the project is up and working. Subsequent projects The project will definitively require continuous maintenance, modifications and upgrade. We will be happy to sign a long-term contract with the developer that would definitively exceed the initial developing value however this will be totally based on our initial experience with this developing contract. The experience is a combination of your ability to meet and exceed our expectations, ability to be creative and coming up with innovative ideas, your level of communication and commitments and finally the project success and impact.
