Hello, I need to create a new page design. I am a local Houston artist needing to expand. The page will need to be create it either using flash or html5 or both. I am not an expert so this will be up to the designer. However, it is very important that the page has a very stylish and eye catching design that has animation / effects. I currently have a site but I am not happy with it and it has not been finished. I will provide a hand draft of how I will like the site to be arranged and how I envisioned the graphics. You will add your personal and professional touch. I will also provide the graphics. Some of the graphic's quality is not great so it will be up to you to better its quality or re-do it. I am looking to get it going as soon as possible, possibly today, and will like a sort of screen shot preview by Sunday. The person hired to do this before took too long and I will not like to repeat it again. Thanks.
