Need a web designer to design a website with an admin backend that will allow changes to made easily. When contractor submits a bid I will only look at this bid if they include a screen shot of a rough layout of a potential design so I can see the possible layout and colors used. The layout must be submitted with Bid. I will not award contractor the project without seeing the design with the requirements posted below. Backend Requirements: Joomla or Wordpress Hosting Info: Will be hosted on GoDaddy Server Server OS is Linux Color Requirements: Basic black and White Dark red background with a few accents of real light gray Logo: Logo will be provided Page Listings (Menu or Tab): Home About Us Products and Services Company Links Directions Contact Us Info that needs submitted with Bid: 1. Fixed price bid for design 2. Start Date 3. Hours (Time Zone) that designer will work 4. Estimated Duration to completion 5. Screenshot of home page to show design with color patterns listed above
