Modify WordPress Theme

Hi, You will need to edit this theme: [login to view URL] Actually, this is a real estate theme, working with Properties. I need you to edit it so as the Properties becomes child of Communities. The Communities are the physical places where the Properties are located. Thus you need to make a Communities section that is the parent, and the child items are one or more Properties. Have a look here to see how the data should be structured between the Properties and the Communities: [login to view URL] Old website is on: [login to view URL] which can give you an idea on the general structure and specifically on the relationship between Communities and Properties. Community: It's a group of properties, in one physical location. The community have it's own webpage with about 10 tabs on the left which contains generic information about the community, as well as the child properties, that means the properties that belongs to this community. Properties: A property is a house/flat that belongs to a Community. The property is a child from the Community (which is the parent). THe property can be accessed from the Community page or from the Properties page like it's working now on the theme. I need you to: - Duplicate and edit the "Great offers for this month" widget for the homepage to make it "Communities". - Duplicate and edit the "See where our properties are" widget for the hompage to make it "Out communities" - Create a custom post in WP, called "Communities" that will have: - Overview page for all communities (like properties page, but for communities) - Detail page for every community with +/- 10 sidebar tabs like on the old website - Each sidebarbar needs to be a WYSIWYG from the Dashboard - The Properties tab needs to be linked to the Properties that are child of the community - A few fields in the Community that belongs to the community and not the property (e.g. Address) - Edit the Properties section of the theme to make them child of the Communities and not working stand alone like now If you have ideas, please share them.
