Modify my Wordpress Theme

My domain is [login to view URL] I am using the Clothes Shop theme: [login to view URL] I want to add two sections under the featured content pictures, a “New items section” and “social media icons. Here is an example: [login to view URL] The slider: The theme uses tags and custom fields on the posts to populate different sections, I’m not sure if the slider I found does that, but it would be nice to have the functionality.
