Modify script: add metatags/menu to pages

Hello, I have a script php/mysql based which builds photo effects. Users load their photo on existend scenario, and save the file generated. Every time as admin I upload a new template effect, the script creates the page /effects/[login to view URL] . All effects are grouped into subfolders (like /effects/[login to view URL] , /effects/[login to view URL] etc.). The problem: main section /[login to view URL] and all subfolders have the same Title, same H1, same description. Changes only the list of the effects. To do: create possibility to customize main sections / subfolders / single pages by adding custom title tag, custom h1, custom description. The script has an admin section, but I could add theese descriptions directly through phpmyadmin or by uploading text files if modify the admin panel is too complicated. Please check the working site to full understand the requirementes, and feel free to ask everything you need.
