Online Database creator

I have posted this before but can now give more exacting details to what I require as found a website that has what I require, The website [login to view URL] it where I want to get to, however not as complicated as this as this will be for me for creating small personal databases,the features I would like to take from this is: Ability to create multiple databases. Ability to create drop downs, Calendar pop ups, ratio boxes, check boxes, diary fields etc. Tabbed databases User and password access Once done be able to take a copy of the folder say contacts database and export the MYSQL and place this script on any server i want just by changing the databse user/password etc. I would also like to chat be it voice MSN etc. to the person doing it as it may be a lot less complicated than it is or vice versa I know what I want but difficult getting it over with a 1 way conversation.
