I want to build a simple website to advertise online English lessons. The site will have a home page, a services page, free English material page, class booking page, a teacher's page where students can see teacher information. I would also like this linked to a payment system by means of buttons which direct to a payment site. I also want a small database of books which can only be accessed by teachers(login and password). Books will be downloaded to the teachers and students. ([login to view URL] [login to view URL]) are some example sites. My budget is around P20,000

this wont be too hard, the design will take some time then some development regarding that hole download for teachers etc. It will probably be a CMS system, and we'll have a page separated for teachers/students etc. :) should be easy!
