We are unhappy with the current system architecture which involves two administrative back-ends, two databases etc. To start off, we need to manage our customers better ad hence we need to re-build the system, which includes: - Add, edit and delete all users in RT (Admins, Consultants, Endusers etc.) - Integrate backend system with ERP provider e-conomic (invoicing, access administration etc.) - Create API for updating user information (numbers of logins, customers etc.) - Common login - post of info to API and get (YES or NO) across all platforms (Games) Please note, that we will develop this ad-hoc and changes will occur during the development. We will start up with a simple interface to handle users and have that as a starting point for the whole project. Before starting the mission, a global architecture document should be prepared in order to know what is the best way to start the mission.
