Port two websites to Joomla!

I have two sites, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] that I would liked ported to Joomla! 3 - the basic structure and navigation will stay the same but the template will be different than the existing site. I am open to suggestions on the template. Sites that I like are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The new sites will have English and Chinese content. Templates should be responsive, mobile-first content. If you can propose two or three templates per site I will select one. Only experienced and well rated bidders will be considered. Hope page and basic structure must be complete by Feb 9. We will be hosting on our AWS account.
