Professional business website with extensive features

I need someone who can make me a professional looking and functional website that has a knack for website design and how to keep things simple and professional working. There are going to be a lot of details and finer details in the website that need to be on point, and if you don't think you can work with me to get multiple revisions going to get the final product that I desire then this probably isn't for you. Features that will be required in the website will be : An owner website panel for me to be able to add stores/shops and assign people their membership powers Administrative panel for members/shops that can add themselves to the website and be able to modify conditions in their store according to what their policy, prices, etc are. Members who will be able to browse through lists of shops according to their location/rating/pricing/etc Be able to schedule events according to specific times Credit card payment processing through secure methods Notifications sent out to admins/shops for every order that is sent out These are the vague details of it all but it goes pretty in-depth as far as what is necessary. I want someone who can bring me a truly professional product and be able to work with me to get a GREAT website online that can be trusted by it's users. Payments WILL be processed on the website so it has to have the design and functionality that will give users a sense of trust while they're on the website.
