Search Engine Based on Symbol recognition! Help me! :)

Hello everyone! :) I need a website where visitors can draw a line on a blank page. But wait...it gets a little tricky... I need the page to recognize the symbol that was drawn. If a visitor draws a circle with a spot in the middle, the page needs to recognize that a circle with a spot in the middle was drawn and then redirect the visitor to a webpage. Visitors should be able to add their own symbols after registration on the website and then choose to link the symbol they have created to the webpage of their choice. The symbol recognition needs to be fast and reliable once a symbol has been drawn on the screen. Also, the line drawn to make the symbol needs to appear automatically when the cursor enters the webpage and visitors should not have to click to make it appear. So, to sum up everything: - I need a really simple blank page with the symbol recognition. - I also need visitors to be able to register and add to the library their very own symbols.
