Search Engine & Database

Hello, I'm looking for assistance with developing my website. I'm looking for a simple yet beautiful design. For the main page I want the design to be mainly focused on a big search field in the middle of the site. I want the search field to have a width of 720px and with a quite big button for uploads next to it. As for the search field I want it to have a nice autocomplete script that goes well with the design. Design wise I want to focus mainly on the colors white, gray and with some orange. The website should be responsive so it fits all sorts of screens, widescreen, tablet, smartphones. I want the website hooked up to a database (PHP, MYSQL preferred). It should be possible to search on a string (news link) and get a simple yet beautiful result. I also want to be able to upload your own news link to the website and that the link will be searchable and listed in my database of news links and also appear on my website. I want a list on the frontpage with the most popular newslink read on the website, and also with an archive list were you can track most read articles. I’m willing to divide up the project into smaller parts if you feel that you can assist me with one of the features but not all for a smaller price.
