326805 Simple PHP Membership Site

I am in need of a Simple PHP Membership site. This site will allow business owners to register and list information about their business. I am attaching a sample file of how it would look. When the user signs up, they will complete a registration form and will be able to upload their profile pic and 3 other photos (of products or services). All of the photos should automatically become thumbnails on their profile page. I included all of the fields needed on the sample. I would also need an admin section that will allow me to add,update or delete users/pics just in case. I would like the users to be able to search the site for other members I would like to incorporate Paypal to take a payment for membership as well. Signup > Complete Form > Submit Payment via Paypal > Profile is available and viewable I will provide mysql database details right away.
