Simple Wordpress Modifications for Genesis Theme Newsletter, Shopping Cart, Services Page

Looking for a Wordpress Design and Coding Expert that understands plugins, Shopping Cart and Newsletter Setup (Jquery and HTML5 is good to know as well). If you know about newer fonts like Bebas Neue, Oswald, Museo Slab, Rokkitt and others let me know in the pm. I am looking to get this completed within 24-72 hours and I need someone that can start right away. I prefer working with 1 person rather than a team unless your team is fast. The Project: I have a Wordpress Theme already coded in Genesis by Studiopress and it needs the following updates: *Update to the latest Genesis Theme and latest Wordpress Versions. Must retain look of current site. *Services Page - Add Buy Now Buttons, simple Quote Button or form to my service pages as well as change some of the title Font so it's more visually striking. A couple other changes to background, add simple testimonials section. *Pricing Chart - Create a Pricing for Packages Box similar to this - [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - nice clean design *Shopping Cart - Add Shopping Cart or Payment setup using wepay or similar online payment service. Would also like to accept Google Wallet and possibly PayPal for alternative payment. I need you to set this up so that a user clicks "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" and they can then easily Checkout and pay for the digital items/services. *Single Post Page - Some simple changes to the Single Post Blog Page such as adding vertical social media buttons and below each blog post, adding author box, add Genesis Advertisement Box, Related Posts box, Simple Newsletter sign up box. I have most of these added already but they just need small changes. *Background - improve the color contrast so it's more like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] *Newsletter Setup - Connect Newsletter with Autoresponder service like icontact or getresponse. I also want to know if I can add a popup and make my current newsletter slide down on the right side of page as the user scrolls down. Budget $20-$30 max.
