Hello everyone, we need an online sites building system for websites. This would be similar to sitegalore. This online building system would need to be equipped with the following: • Very Larger selection of templates. Ranging from personal to business and the ability for us to uload more templates • Scalable templates (10 pages, 20 pages, 30 pages etc) • Step by step design for ease of use. • Allows for uploads of banners, graphics etc. • Templates Builder: Let users build their own template. • Flash/Element uploads for headers, buttons or banners (Possible selection on flash templates?) • Easy to use tools (fonts, tables, forms, etc.) • Ecommerce capable. (Scalable: 10 products, 20 products, 100 products etc) • Real Estate Script PHP integrated where adding properties • Hotel Reservation Module for hotel, vacation rentals and other accommodation • Module for Dentist, Doctor and Professional Medial for register and remind appointments. • Module Photo Print: visitors update photos and order printing. • Title pages, descriptions, meta tags, etc – Each Page must be SEO customizable • Can be updated in the future. • Possible spell check built in for editorial. • Paypal and Moneybookers integration Cart. • The script must be in all languagues and Main Language have to be Italian /English • All domain created need to be host in to our reseller hosting. DO NOT bid your hourly wage, only the total amount for the script! I have many requirements for this script and they are stated below. PLEASE ask questions regarding specifics of this script in PMB. I am looking for an experienced programmer that can build me a website builder for my hosting customers (new accounts). I prefer this script to be written in php with a MySQL database. Clone is to sitegalore.com I would be open to anyone that has a script ready that can customize it to my specifications. This could be a longterm working relationship, as I would want future upgrades in product as well as security, which I would pay each time there was an upgrade needed. This script needs to have HIGH security to combat those that like to hack into scripts...:( Specifications are as follows: The user comes to the website, fills in info regarding themselves, and if they want a www.mywebsite.com/theirwebsitename, or, if they want to use their own www.domain.com. Once they decide, they can start creating the website. They can preview what website will look like, and pay for a hosting plan, once they pay, I will be notified via email to activate their website .When they create account and website dns will point to our hosting account (so that it can go live). Although the website is free to build, they will be paying through the hosting that they purchase via Paypal , Moneybookers or 2CO for automated montly fee. The size of the hosting package will determine the size of the website that they can build and the features that they can enable and different prices. They cannot take the websites featured addons with them to another hosting provider, so any featured addons, should not be ftp accessible. Database information can be backed up by admin only (if this is possible). Also, if there is a way to backup the sites, but not have them take images that we provide, then I want this as well. User End panel: Area where they login to must be able to supply lost password retrieval. -Template Driven, they can choose from many different templates by category , change font-size, face, etc.. and color schemes. They can modify the template they want to use at any time without losing content. Whenever new templates are added they will be added to the list with thumbnail pictures of the template. You will need to create 5 templates and I will add the rest. -WYSIWYG editor that can change from WYSIWYG editor to the option of adding their own HTML, for adding javascript, paypal links, etc... They should be able to create tables, insert/upload images, create hyperlinks etc... -Search Engine Friendly- They add/edit metatags, keywords, and descriptions. -Website publishes after they preview and review it, so that the website will only become live when they are ready each time it is modified. -A full instruction manual that they can access for quick help. -Depending on their hosting plans, and what I have determined in my admin panel, they will be able to Enable/Disable at any time the following features on their website: (If you can just integrate in general license scripts to be used for the following that will fit into their websites without difficulty, that is great.) -Guestbook- A guestbook with the usual fea -Blog -Forum- A community forum with the usual features. -Shopping Cart (SSL certified-do I need to provide the certificate?), add unlimited categories and products. -Classifieds -Calendar of Events- They can add/edit events on dates so that the customers to their websites can view. -Article Archive -Banner/Button Rotator -Links page -photoalbum -FAQ page -Newsletter system where they can send out newsletters to customers that have signed up for them. -Chat Room -Ability to Password protect areas of their website -Page: Contact form -Page: Hours of Operation Admin Panel: -Header/Footer of website builder I can edit to fit my website, either change in admin panel or upload to server with WS-ftp. -Enable/Delete/Suspend Accounts-Enabling only first time activated, otherwise they can change website at will without my needing to approve, deleting would be backed up into a file where I can access in the future, or, I can completely delete off of the server. Suspend-If they are suspended, the account would be inactivated, website still accessible with my authorization, but there would be an account suspended page that I can add my own HTML notifying to contact us re: their account. If this is suspended for 30 days, and it is not re-enabled, then it would need to automatically delete to the deleted folder (where I can access and pull it out if need be, so that it is not completely deleted. -I can add/modify/delete as many templates as I want, I will create them, and need to know where to place the tags in the template so that they can be modified and used for the editor, the programmer will need to explain this process to me. -I choose the hosting packages that they have paid for and can upgrade/downgrade as needed. This will not only determine the amount of email addresses, bandwidth, and space, etc... but it will also determine the number of webpages and the featured addons that can be enabled in their user panel. -Add news/announcements that will be posted in the every user interface when they login. -Ability to email all customers at once for new additions, upgrades, other important announcements. -Enable/Disable PER USER system ability to make full backups of either 1.) The website without featured addons/databases or 2.) Site, featured addons, and databases and send to the site operators via email automatically once per month (without my need to go in and do it). -Choose PER USER which domain to have site on, ie: their own www.domainname.com, or, the www.mysite.com/theirsite. -If I have licensed this script to anyone else, I would have the ability to generate a license key that will unlock the script for the domain name that they have agreed to place the script on, as well as the ability to limit domain usage for that script. I will require a full backup of this script sent to me or at a location where I can download it, with a README file so that I can install it. I have a server manager that will install the script onto my server if it requires root access. Must be able to work with our in house programmers if need to integrate into our current site. I know this is a large script and will take time, please let me know of an approximate time frame, I am quite open to this. The last things that I will require are that I have full rights, licensing/resell rights to this script (if it has been customized to fit my needs, then the customized script is what I would have full rights to.) I am not at the moment planning on licensing out this script; however, I want to have the option to do so, and the capabilities within the script to do so if I decide to. Please provide us with demo if available this is everything that I can think of. If I need additional things added, I will discuss with the programmer and pay extra at that time. |
