Small Adjustments on Wordpress Theme / CSS / jQuery / Responsive

We need the following adjustments for our website: 1. Increase width of sidebar to 260px 2. Adding search box to top menu + restyling 3. Adding side borders to the content area 4. Keep header visible when scrolling down 5. Part of the header needs to be removed (see live version vs layout) 6. jQuery implementation to decrease the size of the header (example can be found here: [login to view URL]). Content should remain in the middle and size needs to scale down 7. Changes should only apply to desktop version of website and to landscape high-res tablets.
