Need a platform developed that will allow users to register based on a particular group that they would like to belong to. Platform must include a full Admin backend that allows the admin to create groups, be sent requests for new groups and add information and contact group users. Each group must be separate and private! Users must be able to be transferred from one group to another or be added to an additional group. Must know how to develop user friendly platform with excellent look and feel, Facebook like user interface for the users, see who is online and . Comment all code and must be clean code and easily scalable. Admin area includes multiple sections for the Admin to set up the full site, change CSS, add sections, create groups, add pages menus.
