I'm looking for someone to build a user friendly social network using WORDPRESS or JOOMLA and develop some custom features within the site. Site will feature multiple video portals, users will be able to upload, download and share music, videos & images. A voting system that will require some custom features and a listing directory attached is a sample of what the home page should look similar to. Photoshop knowledge will be a plus but not required.
