All graphic design work is already done. I need to demonstrate the functionality of a toolbar (which has just a few buttons) to help clients visualise what it will look like and do. There's no real functionality. Firefox is the ideal browser but not essential. Needs to work on PC. I want the toolbar to drop down from the top of the browser. A timer counts down and the screen turns black when it reaches zero. It clears again when a button is pressed. I'd really like this to be able to appear in front of all existing websites (a frame???) so that you can see what existing websites look like with my toolbar appearing on it... like bbc.com. It would also be good if the timer value could be changed by switching numbers in the URL. That's it.
