Web Site Development using CMS

Develop a web site in your choice of CMS (With consultation). Site will be a public forum and incororate Google Ads. The site will be a discussion forum for a Major City Roads and be designed so that little to no mangagement of the site is required. The design should look visually appealing and be aim more at advertising and lesser on content which will be suplpied by the topic and interest to the site by the public. Previous work should be provided - sample sites of work which will be used as the basis for the site and provide a basis for the tools used for the site.
