Website Re-Done. Rebuilt

I have an existing website for a low voltage, Computer networking, communications company that needs to be rebuilt with a c-panel and back-end administration options. We had a website built 3 years ago with a [login to view URL] template but the way its built it has no ftp access and no c panel. I need someone that KNOWS what they're doing. You can take data and pictures from the existing site and make the new site, but make it better, more user friendly. I am sure I am probably missing something here so I need someone who understands what I’m trying to accomplish. the website is www.onlinesouthwest.com. take a look and let me know what you can do. I also need to add the [login to view URL] payment portal on the site, i can get you the code for that. I would kind of like to have some flash possibly built into it so pictures can automatically change from one to the next on the homepage. i still need a contact page on there but need it to have a user verification, before it sends contact info to me, to avoid spam. You will need to upload it to my server when complete to verify everything is working.
