Website for Law Firm - Home Page Design

This website is for a Law Firm. I want a simple clean design like the following URL. Part of this project entails that you come up with designs in photoshop. If we agree on it then you can move on to coding. Below are my requirements for the project. Stay as close to the original design as possible. I don't like their color schemes. Be creative with colors. Note: I don't want you to build the whole website. I only want two pages to be done. 1. HomePage 2. Contact To test that your menus work i propose you link one of the menu item and on of the inner menu item to the contact page. You can see that both pages have contact forms. These forms must be written in php and should detect a wrong email or phone number format just like the sample website. Since these html sections are common. They need to be written in php so i can include them in other pages easily. Top Menu & Header Image, Left Section of the page and footer. Remember that there is JQuery involved. For the homepage I need a slider exactly like the sample website. Sample Website: [login to view URL] Web-Design Rules: 1. The website must be coded in pure HTML 5 and CSS 3 2. No use of any Content Management System 3. All Work must be original 4. You must use Micro-formats when needed. Specifically [login to view URL] standards. 5. URLS must be unique must use rel="canonical" 6. No inline CSS 7. All code must be commented and clear 8. No Empty tags 9. HTML and CSS must pass W3C standards. 10.
