I have a wordpress site running a buddypress theme. The site displays video, images and audio. We need someone to create a page where users can submit their content to our media library for us to sort and review before it gets posted. On the upload page, there needs to be a simple form to fill out for the user's information along with a terms and conditions of uploaded files.
