Wordpress Business Theme Development

Hey freelancers! We are looking for either a great wordpress designer AND developer, or a design and development team that can create an amazing looking wordpress theme. The theme can not be a ripoff of another design, and can not be used again. I must be granted all exclusive rights in written to use the theme and all copyright ownership will be transferred to me on completion of the project. I can not stress the importance of top quality design, and that ALL requirements below must be met. I don't mind if you use a theme framework to fulfill most of the feature and customization requirements, but if you are going to bid, you have to be 100% certain you can do all these things, and within the time frame. This is a test run to find someone/some group that fits my needs perfectly, and if they get it right, there will be a lot of repeat work on a regular basis, probably starting at 1-2 themes a month and slowly getting up to 1-2 a week.
