Wordpress - Domain Sales & Lead Management eCommerce Site - Design & Development needed

I am expecting design modifications, new functionality & enhancements and some website coding to make this website what it should be. I have purchased a theme, which is what I wish to be enhanced by you to suite my needs. Once chosen, I'll provide you with the source code for this theme for you to work upon. I expect this project to be completed by March 31st 2013. All forms on the site on all pages should use AJAX as a technology for data submission so it doesn't have to refresh the page This design and development when complete will belong to me and cannot be sold or given to any one else. I only prefer web 2.0 type websites with great use of CSS. I am a big fan of HTML 5 and would to see that incorporated. Information about the details of the layout and works will be provided after you send your sample web design & development projects.
