Wordpress Facebook Comments Sync

I have a Wordpress website with Disqus Commenting System and a Facebook page for the site as well. We write our articles on the website and post, then manually post them on Facebook with a question or something to engage the fans. I want the comments on the posted articles on the website to sync with the comments on the posted articles on the facebook article and visa versa. In short I want my website commenters to be able to engage with the Facebook commenters on the same articles and be in sync. I see plugins that can do this (I think), however have been unable to get this accomplished on my own.
