I have a website, [login to view URL] that is currently using a wordpress blog with a free theme and a phpbb forum with a free theme that is different to the blog. I would like to intergrate these a bit better and have someone create a theme for the wordpress blog and a matching one for the phpbb forum. This is a Tottenham Hotspur fansite so colours that can be used are white, navy blue and the odd bit of yellow. As you can see from the site at the moment, I would prefer the background to be blue and the page white/silver. Absolutely no red can be used on the site at all. I am happy for the basic parts of the site to stay standard, i.e. the forum icons or that kind of thing if it helps keep costs down.
