Wordpress Student Project Contest System

To design a wordpress site using Ultimatum framework (if possible) to handle a volunteer driven School District “Student Program” for High School student extracurricular activities. Use of commercial plugin's is fine. We will purchase them for this use. To allow students from multiple high schools within a district to submit an application for their project to be judged in this CONTEST. Projects submitted can only be based on a set list of categories. Submitted projects can range from written submissions like research papers, or pottery to performing arts, like singing. The database system should be able to manage A. Project Submission Section • Name of Team (if more than one (1) student) • Name of HighSchool (drop down selection) • Name of Team members, Phone and email contacts *(for multiple students) • Project Category (drop down selection) • Project Photo or identifier image submitted • Project Description • Upload section for digital submission • QR code generator for printout for physical submission, like pottery, or painting (*not required, nice to have) • a Head Judge to be assigned to project (drop down selection) • Approved Judges entry of their scores of 1 to 10 scale for at least 5 judging categories • For performing arts projects, will need a scheduler to assist in creating a calendar for judges to be assigned dates and times for auditions B. Judges Signup Section • Name • Company Name (if applicable) • Photo • Brief Bio • Applying to be a judge for which project category (drop down selection) • Assigned to a project category(s) ONLY after approval Reporting Gallery of all submitted projects with the following fields a. Name of Project b. Name of Team (or student) c. Sorted by i. Name of High School ii. Project Category Simple graph showing number of entries by a. High School (number of entries as a % of school student population) b. Project Categories Judges only review of overall scores and ranking. Ability to manually adjust scores and finally publish results based on Project Categories, and by High School
