Wordpress Web Site & Custom Skinning Work

HI, We're looking for a wordpress guru that can help build out our site, and take a PSD file we built and convert it to a theme that works with our existing site. We have PSD files (sub pages, etc.) in which we need to be converted to a Wordpress theme pages. We want to build the theme to work just like the following theme: [login to view URL] With all the custom sub layouts, etc. All PSD files will be provided. The site is already setup with that theme but we want to use the functionality but not use that design. We are going to provide the developer a custom design for the site. We have the site up and running now, and would like to show the features to you in which we have. We're looking to keep the same features just re-skin the wordpress site to suit our new needs. This will not just include skinning but also updates to the site based on our requests such as CSS styling, updating page layouts, etc. You must have EXAMPLES TO SHOW US (only best 5) of your work. I also want explanations of what you have done. We're a design company so we're looking for someone that can do this work well. You must be able to speak english clearly and also have Skype available. Chosen winner will be provided PSD files, Server FTP, MYSQL information, and Admin access to existing wordpress site.
