Overview of the System The Purpose of the platform is to allow Crystaline Technologies to easily support its SMS and Email Messaging communications business through a consolidated platform for use by its customers and staff. The Solution will sit on Crystaline’s Server infrastructure and communicate directly with local operators via TCP/IP as well as with International Operators like Infobipp through the relevant API. Required Functionality With the intention of making the solution the first of its kind in Zambia, we would like to offer a highly intuitive interface with simple but elegant look and feel, and a light-weight web solution that will work well in Africa where there are slow network connections. At a high level, the solution should come with the following Features: API Interface - HTTP API with ability to receive and push messages to the active network provider. - 2-way sms API (similar to [login to view URL]) to allow us to connect to local Operators via our own gateway. Main Fetures: - 2-Way Inbox - Credit Management - Bulk SMS, Single SMS Features - SMS Delivery Reports etc - Credit Statistics
