u know thats imposible to be uploaded by himself or any script :). u can make an ftp server thats allow you to remote ur webserver then upload the video from there, its like u remote an better connection pc. about the download scritp, i can make one, u will need to upload the script on ur database website but its also, not downloading in an server, its downloaded from where u remote it. u want to download the video? it will be on ur pc, if u publish ur php website over the internet and some1 will download it, then the vide will go to his pc.
